1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Pioner trading terminal and associated services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Pioner provides a multi-market trading terminal with GPU-accelerated charts, multi-exchange connectivity, and trading tools. The Service connects to third-party exchanges via API and does not hold user funds.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Trading Risks
Trading cryptocurrency, stocks, forex, and futures involves significant risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Pioner does not provide investment advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
5. API Keys and Security
All exchange API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored locally on your device. Pioner never requests withdrawal permissions. You are responsible for the security of your API keys and should never share them.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pioner is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for trading losses, exchange downtime, data inaccuracies, or any indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
